Student Application Procedure:

 

The application deadline for the Master of Biotechnology program is March 15. All supporting documents must be received by May 1, 2008.

1.  Visit www.CSUmentor.edu and fill out the application form online. Applications completed by January 15 will be the first evaluated and invited for interviews.

2.  Forward transcripts from previous educational institutions,  GRE scores, and, if applicable, TOEFL scores directly to:

3.  Arrange for two letters of recommendation to be sent to the MBT director.  Write a one-page "Statement of Purpose" describing your interest in the MBT program and your intended use of the degree.  Send this statement along with, a resume and copies of the information in items 1-2 to:

      Master of Biotechnology Program

      One Washington Square

      San José, CA   95192-0100

Program Fees:

The fees for the program will increase as of fall 2008.  Starting in 2008, the estimated cost of the entire two-year program, which culminates in a Master's of Biotechnology Degree, is $27,500. 

The fees will be allocated in $6500 increments, submitted at the beginning of each regular semester and $1,500 for the summer session.
