The MBT curriculum provides:

• Hands-on training in well-equipped biotechnology laboratories



• MBA-level courses from the College of Business and direct interactions with leaders and role models from the biotechnology industry



• A summer internship with a participating biotechnology company to furnish relevant work-experience



• Individual mentoring/advising on resumé writing, network building and career opportunities

   These experiences will:

• Enhance the student's ability to enter the industry and perform well at an advanced technical level or in entry level management.



• Develop interpersonal skills necessary to communicate, negotiate, and engage in team problem-solving in the management of projects and personnel.
